Can I Have It Like That

"Can I Have It Like That" is a song written, produced, and performed by American musician Pharrell Williams featuring vocals from fellow American singer Gwen Stefani from the former's 2006 debut album In My Mind and it’s the opening track. The song's hook comes from a one-line contribution from Stefani, used as part of a call and response in the chorus. "Can I Have It Like That" was released as the album's lead single October 10, 2005.

The song was commercially unsuccessful in the United States, but fared somewhat better worldwide. A rock remix of the song featured Travis Barker playing the drums and Pharrell playing the guitar. It was later put as one of the songs in NBA 2K15.

Примеры употребления для can i have a receipt
1. Applicants will have to respond correctly to requests such as: "Can you drop me off after the lights?" and: "Can I have a receipt?" They will also have to speak clearly on topics such as their favourite place in England.
2. As things stand at the moment, they will have to note who the gift was from and how much it was worth ("Thanks very much, Mrs Abscess, for this generous and spontaneous tribute to my skill and compassion, for this chocolate enshrinement of your appreciation of the restoration of your health – can I have a receipt?"), but one suspects that, as only MRSA breeds faster than forms in a hospital, things will not end there.
